■来院時のお願い
●複数科のご予約の場合、来院時に受付でその旨をお申し付けください。
▼複数科のご予約をお取りされている一例
①11時に「一般皮膚科」、11時半に「美容皮膚科」のそれぞれ予約をしている
②18時半に「美容皮膚科」、19時半に「汗の外来」のそれぞれ予約をしている

■予約制度について
●一般皮膚科（保険診療）/光線外来 は予約なしで当日直接ご来院頂いても診察可能です。お呼び出しはご予約の方優先となりますが、是非ご来院ください。

●Vビームの相談や施術ご希望の方は一般皮膚科の枠ではなく、Vビームより予約をいただきますようお願いします。

●美容ボトックス注射、ヒアルロン酸注射、ほくろやイボの炭酸ガスレーザー施術、皮膚のできものの手術をご希望の場合は、WEBではなくお電話でご予約ください。

●TCAクロス、サブシジョン、リデンシティ１、眉アートメイク除去は「佐官医師：美容専門外来」でのみ受け付けております。「美容皮膚科」内の「診察・相談」メニューでご予約いただきましても対応外となりますのでご注意ください。


■佐官医師施術に関して

●初診での美容外科手術をお受けしておりません。

初回はカウンセリングのみとなります。手術以外は当日施術お受けしています。


■For patients who wish to have English consultation:


English consultations are complete reservation system and we only accept reservations from phone calls. If you wish to have English consultations, please call us and make your reservation prior to your visit. 


We are afraid that even if you make an appointment from this website on your own, your reservation will become invalid. Also, we do not provide consultations using translators to avoid communication mistakes.

In addition, we are afraid that  you may experience a delay to receive English consultations even if you make an appointment. 


If you can bring who can speak Japanese with you, you are welcome to make reservations from this website. In that case, the consultation will be in Japanese.

●キャンセル規定の対象は①美容皮膚科　②ミラドライ施術　③佐官医師：美容専門外来　④汗の外来　の４診療科目となります。

■Cancellation policy for cosmetic dermatology (including Dr.Sakan), miraDry and Consultations for sweat problems.

You can cancel your appointment by yourself from the website up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. For cancellations after that time, please call us.

In addition, cancellation fee of 3,000yen will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time or no-shows. Please pay it at your next visit.
